Their work with Blessed Land Foundation focuses on rural communities in Zambia, where they are helping provide clean water, sustainable agriculture, vocational training, financial opportunity, women's empowerment, and Christ-centered education. Their vision is to see individuals and families move toward self-reliance while knowing the hope and love of Jesus.

Ross brings an entrepreneurial and operational background to the ministry, with experience in finance, retirement services, and organizational development. Jill has a background in Christian education and a passion for encouraging and equipping people to discover and live out God's calling on their lives.

The Powells believe lasting transformation begins when people are given both opportunity and hope. Through Blessed Land Foundation, they seek to Teach, Reach, and Empower communities while honoring God through the land and its people.

Lloyd Ngosa is an accomplished Zambian entrepreneur, a devoted Christian, husband, and father of four who believes that true leadership is rooted in service, integrity, faith, and a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of others.

With a background in Marketing from the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZAMIM), Lloyd has gained valuable experience in leadership, management, business development, and organizational oversight. Throughout his professional journey, he has served in management positions across various organizations and has successfully built and led businesses within construction and other sectors.

Lloyd currently provides leadership and oversight to the operations of Blessed Land Foundation, with a strong commitment to ensuring that the organization operates responsibly, professionally, and in accordance with government requirements. His professional experience has strengthened his understanding of governance, accountability, strategic planning, people management, and the importance of building sustainable organizations.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Lloyd is passionate about Christian ministry and servant leadership. He believes that leadership is not simply about achieving financial or organizational success, but about building people, creating opportunities, strengthening families, and serving communities.

His guiding conviction is simple: leadership is a responsibility entrusted by God, and its greatest measure is not what one gains, but the lives one is able to touch, build, and transform.

Faith Njobvu is the Country Coordinator of Blessed Land Foundation and a dedicated social worker passionate about creating meaningful and sustainable change in communities. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to improving the lives of women, men, youths, and children, particularly in Rufunsa District.

Faith's journey in community development has been shaped by witnessing firsthand the financial challenges faced by women, limited livelihood opportunities for men, and unemployment among young people. As a social worker, she has been actively involved in initiatives that promote financial empowerment, dignity, and self-reliance, including village banking programs that have enabled women and men to strengthen their livelihoods and build more secure futures.

She has a particular passion for working with women and the girl child. Through her work, she has seen women gain greater financial independence and confidence, while girls have been empowered to attend school with dignity and access essential hygiene products such as bathing soap, washing soap, and sanitary pads. Seeing these positive changes motivates her to continue advocating for opportunities that enable individuals and families to thrive.

Faith is deeply inspired by the leadership and vision of the Founders of Blessed Land Foundation, whose commitment, sacrifice, and love for the communities the organization serves continue to motivate her. Her faith in Christ is also central to her purpose, strengthening her commitment to serving others with compassion and dedication.
